DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery in the UK is free. Delivery is by Royal Mail Signed For, Royal Mail Special Delivery, or by Courier for large and/or high value items.

Your pen will be securely packed in a padded envelope or box. It will be sent by the most suitable insured Royal Mail service.

Outside the UK delivery is by Royal Mail International Tracked or Royal Mail Signed For. Please ask me for a quote covering postage and currency conversion if required. I will post to the following European countries:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Orders will be shipped within 2 working days of receiving payment.

RETURNS

Vintage Items:
I am happy to accept returns that have been dispatched to me no later than 1 week after purchase, if you believe that the website description was incorrect. As long as the pen is returned in the same condition as when you received it I will send a full refund, less the cost of postage. cannot give a full refund on a pen that I describe as never being inked or used if you actually ink or use it unless there is a fault with the item that I did not point out. Please contact me before sending the pen back as often any problems can be ironed out with nothing more than an e-mail or two. In all cases, I MUST receive the item back with me within 2 weeks of the original purchase date if you require a refund.

New Items:
I am unable to accept returns for new items if they have been used in any way. You may dip a fountain pen's nib to test its writing characteristics, but I am unable to accept returns on fountain pens that have been filled with ink.

Any returns under the distance selling rules must be notified in writing within fourteen days of receipt of the item. You must return the item to me at the address below, and at your own cost.

If you are outside the EU and are returning goods for exchange or refund, please declare "NCV" (No Commercial Value) on the customs slip and make sure that you state the items are "returned for refund" or "returned for exchange". If this is not done I will be charged import duties and VAT which I do not pay on returned items.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

If you change your mind about purchasing goods from us, if you can, please inform us before we have sent your purchase to you so that we can easily and quickly refund your payment in full. If you have already received your purchase, buyers who reside within the European Union have, under the Distance Selling Regulations, seven working days from receipt of the goods to cancel the transaction. You should inform us in writing by email or by telephoning us, using the number provided under Contact Information. You should return the goods to us carefully packed and at your expense by the same method used by us to send the goods to you. The pen or pens should not have been tampered with in any way and must be received in the condition sent. After inspecting the goods, we will refund your purchase price in full.

WARRANTY

We warrant that the goods you receive will not vary significantly from the written details and photographs shown on our website. We provide a comprehensive written description and also provide several clear photographs, often using a macro lens which displays our pens highly magnified.
