A rare, mint Eversharp Skyline Fountain Pen Yellow Cab Special Edition (modern cab), made in France in 1995.
A homage to the New York taxicab, this pen is yellow with a black top. The gold-plated clip, with the Eversharp Double check symbol, is engraved Eversharp. The cap is decorated with the New York yellow cab checkered logo.
The pen uses a converter filling system. The nib is a gold-plated No.5. Chrysler building design.
It is packaged in a special bright yellow presentation box with a die-cast metal and plastic model of the Ford Taxicab that inspired the pen. There is a matching set with a vintage NY cab, also for sale on this site - L2104.
