An exceptional Victorian Sampson Mordan 18k Gold slide action propelling pencil with engine turned body. Crisp and clean with no marks. Weighs 9.3 grams.
There’s a hardstone shield shape at the end with an engraved seal. Excellent condition. Tests for at least 18k gold. Hallmarked S. Mordan & Co.
