Excellent boxed Parker Vacumatic Major fountain pen in emerald pearl, blue diamond clip, 14k gold nib, Canadian made in 1946. Superb condition, very little sign of micro scratching – it will have been seldom used. Later plastic filler. Completely overhauled, new diaphragm fitted.
Original leather covered case, catch works well, quite clean.
Cap:
Excellent emerald pearl cap, perfect gold filled blue diamond clip, with no brassing and complete blue enamel. Deep gold filled chevron cap band. No cracks. Correct black cap jewel.
Barrel:
Excellent barrel, wonderful colours, perfect fitting blind cap. Plastic filler works correctly with a new diaphragm fitted. Some ambering in visual barrel, not bad.
Imprint:
Part worn, part good – please see pictures.
Nib & section:
Superb original to pen, Parker arrow 14k gold two tone (palladium plating rubbed) solid gold fine nib. Marked.... 14k Parker Canada 6 (1946). Feed and section perfect.
