The first generation of the modern Parker Duofolds, produced from 1987 to 1996. The barrel code 1A dates this pen to the third quarter of 1992.
Original and correct 18k Parker Medium nib with plenty of iridium. Smooth on paper with good flow.
This is a large, top quality fountain pen and highly desirable - especially in this rare first edition flat top pearl with black veins combination.
Includes period velvety covered case and outer hard card box, instruction booklet. All in good clean and complete condition.
The pen is a convertible filler - to use with ink cartridges or bottled ink by using the Parker ink converter supplied.
